  2. Returning Packaging: Request for a pick-up on your next delivery, or you may drop-off of your packaging to our office.
  3. Refund Policy: Non Refundable for all perishable retail products (fresh produce, ferments, kitchen specialties).
  4. Delivery Schedule & Changes: Please check our Delivery Policy.
  5. Order Cut-Off time is 3 PM. Orders after 3 PM will be processed on the next day at our opening hours at 8 AM.
  6. Change of Order: Please let us know via WhatsApp or hello@littlespoon.farm, minimum 30 hours before scheduled delivery day or products will be non refundable.

Bali Farm Box Subscription

  1. Availability of produce is subject to change without notice (in cases of crop failure)
  2. Zero Waste Program:
    a. During Subscription: Swap our packaging from the previous delivery with the next box. We will be recording the numbers of packaging returned
    b.End of Subscription: Request for a pick-up or drop-off of your packaging to get the refundable deposit amount (including, insulated bag, ice packs, and glass jars). Damages to packaging will be deducted from your deposit
  3. Rescheduling Farm Box Delivery: Please let us know via WhatsApp or hello@littlespoon.farm, minimum 30 hours before scheduled delivery day (based on  opening hours at 8 AM)
  4. Change of Farm Box Type, Size, Frequency: Please let us know via WhatsApp or hello@littlespoon.farm, minimum 30 hours before scheduled delivery day.
  5. Payments: are made in advance within 24 hours after ordering or it will not be confirmed. For Cash on Delivery request, please make a note on the Delivery note section in your account or to our admin

Outside Bali Area
