Terms & Conditions
1. Create an account with us in our website to order
2. Bali benefits: access to all Fresh products, Farm Box Subscription and ferments
3. Availability of produce is subject to change without notice (in cases of crop failure)
4. Payments: are made in advance within 24 hours after ordering or it will not be confirmed. For Cash on Delivery request, please make a note on the Delivery note section in your account or to our admin
5. Order Cut-Off time is 3pm. Orders after 3 pm will be processed on the next day at our opening hours at 7 am
6. Bali Delivery Time: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 7am – 5pm
Outside Bali Delivery Time: depending on Carrier
7. Cancellation/ Rescheduling Delivery for Bali: Please let us know via WhatsApp or hello@littlespoon.eyehosting.us, minimum 30 hours before scheduled delivery day (based on opening hours at 7am)
8. Change of Order within Bali: Please let us know via WhatsApp or hello@littlespoon.eyehosting.us, minimum 30 hours before scheduled delivery day or products will be non refundable Outside Bali: Please let us know within 24 hours after order, or orders will not be able to be cancelled
9. Refund Policy for Retail for Bali: Non Refundable for all perishable retail products (fresh produce, ferments, kitchen specialties)
Outside Bali: Please let us know within 24 hours after order or orders are Non Refundable
10. Complaints/ Feedback: Please let us know via WhatsApp or hello@littlespoon.eyehosting.us. Your feedback are valuable to us, please feel free to get in touch with one of our team members
11. Returning Packaging: Request for a pick-up on your next delivery, or you may drop-off of your packaging to our office
